Grilled Curried Chicken

Here is a great new recipe that I found on the McCormick website, and since I love curry I will try this one on the grill.

Makes 6 servings.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Refrigerate Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 14 minutes


2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons McCormick® Curry Powder
1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
1 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves


1. Mix oil, curry powder, garlic salt, onion powder and paprika in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add curry mixture; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

3. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
